Vark Audio manufactures
Breakaway Cables. These are made from the highest quality
materials, using Gold plated connectors and Mogami 2931 (standard
diameter, 3/8 inch) or Mogami 2814 (thin, 3/16 inch)
cable.
To strengthen the most stressed point in the cable -- the junction
of the multipair cable to the fanout for the camera connectors --
we use a special box. This gives superb strain relief, and is easy
repair
should it ever be necessary.
Vark's Breakaway Cables, aka roll cable, fits all mixers, whether a multipin
quick-connect or an XLR fanout for mixers not having a quick
connect method. The mixer end may also be constructed with a
breakaway connector
inserted in the cable so the mixer end may be easily changed to
different connectors or to a fanout.
Vark Audio also provides breakaway cables with a video monitor
line as well, for those wanting to carry video from the camera to
the mixer for video monitoring.
Our most popular length is 20 feet, but can be any length. And
Vark can provide extensions to increase the working length of any
